By using Corppedia’s website under the name “Corppeia India LLP” (the Website, hereby referred to as the “Platform”), its services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of the personal information provided by you (including any changes thereto as provided by you) for any of the services that we offer at present or in future. After logging in Website, you have an option
- to give your MCA username and password which is used to login to MCA on your behalf and perform the payment to MCA and download the documents. We may interact on your behalf in case of service interruptions of the MCA website, which will require us to disclose some of the above information in the process of raising a complaint to MCA. You need to provide your login credentials for MCA before downloading if you want the receipt issued by MCA (G.A.R.7) in your name.
- to use Corppedia’s username and password which is used to login to MCA on your behalf and perform the payment to MCA and download the documents.
In such cases the receipt issued by MCA (G.A.R.7) is in name of Corppedia or of any other associated concern.
Confidentiality
We know we have users like Banks,Financial Institutions, professionals and user may be asked to provide additional personal and financial information while performing a transaction. This information is never entered on the Website or shared with Corppedia, but happens solely on the website of our payment gateway. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway to understand how such information would be stored, processed and used.
Corppedia takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
